I think your version of Regal is a lot better than the game version - I hate how he always has that perpetual frown on his face, and there's something about his eyes that annoy me too. This is the in-game images of him though; I actually really like how he looks in the opening movie.

ANYWAY, the anatomy is pretty good. The only thing I noticed that might be a little off is his waistline - he has some pretty womanly hips...good for the birthing! *lol* I love how you do hands though...heh...I suck at hands!

Overall, awesome! Do more Tales of Symphonia fanart - you're fueling my current obsession!

yeah, i get a lot of woman-hips comments for this one (in person i mean). i agree that it looks that way. thing is he actually has really narrow hips and really thick thighs, it just ended up looking hippish *laughs* my own fault really, i draw too many women and not enough men. i suppose the men'll look womanly until i get used to men (and then my women will look manly and everyone will be confused afresh)

*laughs* See, I'm the other way around - I almost exclusively draw men so when I do try and draw women they usually have very strong jawlines and well-defined/muscular arms. It's funny how we're opposites in that way.

This is a nice image; I especially like the details in the hair and on his greaves. Also, it seems to me that his left arm is slightly shorter than his right. Maybe it's the cuffs that are throwing me off. *shrugs*

Other than that, it's fine. You couldn't have chosen a better subject. ^^

My one question though-- if Regal's belt is unbuckled for the entire game, then how the hell does he keep his pants up? O_o
